Food didn’t even come

I ordered food at 17:20 and its still not here , ive rang the store 12 times and there's no answer , it's a shame because I've never had a problem and the food has always been on point and very nice , the kids were getting really hungry so I've had to order from else where

Absolutely awful and burnt this is not the 1st time either I seem to give a lot of chances but not anymore this food is not up to scratch and not worth what we pay best thing about this company is the decent delivery drivers
